I had so much fun making this video. My inspiration for the story came from my personal life. Last year during the on going pandemic my parents separated. I used social media as a coping method but with love and support also comes a bit of hate. I related to the line "Fake a smile" because as a youtuber posting daily content during the pandemic I would wake up each day, record, film & edit pretending to be happy so that someone else might find joy that day when they watched my video. Although some days were better than others, I'm thankful for my mom who was always there to comfort & guide my two younger siblings and I. I hope anyone reading this finds the strength and motivation to keep moving forwards!
